Bubblemaker Session (~1.5 - 2 hours total):
(Flexible Start): Meet & Greet: Welcome, parent/guardian paperwork check-in.
+15 mins: Kid-Friendly Briefing: Simple rules, how the special kid-sized scuba gear works, easy hand signals.
+30 mins: Gearing Up: Getting fitted with mini-tanks, small BCDs, and masks – just like the pros!
+60 mins: Splash Time! Into the pool or pool-like shallow water (max 2 meters / 6 feet deep). Breathe underwater, play games, and discover the aquatic world under direct instructor supervision.
+15 mins: Debrief & Celebration: Log the fun, receive an official Bubblemaker sticker/certificate, and share the excitement!

What's the minimum age?
Children must be at least 8 years old to participate.
Is it really safe?
Yes! Safety is our top priority. It happens in water no deeper than 2 meters (6 feet)—kids can stand up in it! They are directly supervised by a certified professional at all times and use gear designed specifically for children.
Does my child need to be a strong swimmer?
They don’t need to be Olympic swimmers, but they should be comfortable in the water and have basic swimming ability. The instructor will assess their comfort level.
Where does the Bubblemaker session take place?
Typically in a swimming pool or a very calm, clear, and shallow confined open water area resembling pool conditions (like a protected bay). We'll confirm the location based on conditions and logistics.
How deep will my child go?
The maximum depth is strictly limited to 2 meters (6 feet).
Is this offered by PADI, SDI, and SSI?
Yes! We conduct the program following the safety standards of all three agencies. The core experience is the same introduction to breathing underwater for kids.
PADI calls it "Bubblemaker", SSI has "Scuba Rangers/Try Scuba", SDI has "Future Buddies". You'll receive recognition according to the standard followed.
Can parents watch?
Absolutely! Parents are encouraged to watch from the sidelines (pool deck or nearby beach area). Direct participation in the water usually isn’t part of the standard Bubblemaker program itself unless the parent is also diving.
Is this a diving certification?
No, Bubblemaker is a fun introductory experience. It does not result in a diving certification, but it’s a great first step and counts towards other programs like PADI Seal Team or SSI Scuba Rangers if they want to continue!
